Thomas Babeau is an entirely self taught photographer. He started his career in 2000 by doing the album covers and press shots for various artists.

His esthetic took a decisive turn when in 2009 he decided to focus on more personal projects. This resulted in an initial series of photographs in collaboration with an eyewear brand : ” The Hagen Project ” – portraits with a pair of white glasses as the common element. 2010 has seen the start of ” Identité “, a series of portraits showing the diversity of individuals within the black community.
